چکیده
Seismic waves propagation with an oblique angle to the tunnel axis will cause asynchronous motions and have a significant effect on axial response. A high-precision 2.5D finite element method is established in frequency domain simulate 3D seismic response of tunnel. This avoids disturbance caused by truncation longitudinal direction. Meanwhile, zigzag-paraxial boundary derived further improve calculation efficiency model. Moreover, combining method, zigzag condition motion input methods, obliquely incident substructure for plane built converting wave into equivalent nodal forces. The proposed verified comparing reference solution. Finally, applied study long lined Parameter analyses illustrate that has non-negligible influence axil deformation tunnels.

Geometric Seismic-Wave Inversion by the Boundary Element Method
Surface-wave methods are widely used in earth sciences and engineering for the geometric characterization of geological bodies and tectonic structures of the subsurface. These techniques exploit the dispersive nature of Rayleigh waves to indirectly estimate shear wave velocity profiles from surface-wave measurements; however, they are limited to parallel-layered geometries. To overcome such lim...
متن کاملAxisymmetric Scaled Boundary Finite Element Formulation for Wave Propagation in Unbounded Layered Media
Wave propagation in unbounded layered media with a new formulation of Axisymmetric Scaled Boundary Finite Element Method (AXI-SBFEM) is derived. Dividing the general three-dimensional unbounded domain into a number of independent two-dimensional ones, the problem could be solved by a significant reduction in required storage and computational time. The equations of the corresponding Axisymmetri...
متن کاملAdaptive dual boundary element method for solving oblique incident wave passing a submerged breakwater
In this paper, an adaptive mesh scheme in boundary element computations for solving the propagation of oblique incident wave passing a breakwater is developed. The purpose is to demonstrate cost savings engendered through adaptivity. The computation is performed on meshes of constant boundary elements, and are adapted to the solution by locally changing element sizes (h-version). Two error indi...
متن کاملParallel Dynamic Analysis of a Large-Scale Water Conveyance Tunnel under Seismic Excitation Using ALE Finite-Element Method
Parallel analyses about the dynamic responses of a large-scale water conveyance tunnel under seismic excitation are presented in this paper. A full three-dimensional numerical model considering the water-tunnel-soil coupling is established and adopted to investigate the tunnel’s dynamic responses. The movement and sloshing of the internal water are simulated using the multi-material Arbitrary L...
متن کاملSolution of Wave Equations Near Seawalls by Finite Element Method
A 2D finite element model for the solution of wave equations is developed. The fluid is considered as incompressible and irrotational. This is a difficult mathematical problem to solve numerically as well as analytically because the condition of the dynamic boundary (Bernoulli’s equation) on the free surface is not fixed and varies with time. The finite element technique is applied to solve non...
